At Kiddie Kingdom Party Rentals, we aim to provide reliable, safe, and enjoyable party rental services. Because our services involve time-based bookings and event reservations, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and our business operations.
By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Booking Deposits
To secure your reservation, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
- Deposits are used to reserve equipment and block your event date.
- Deposits are non-refundable in most cases, except where stated in this policy.
3. Cancellations by Customer
If you need to cancel your booking:
- More than 7 days before the event: You may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward a future booking.
- 3–7 days before the event: Deposit may be forfeited, but rescheduling may be allowed depending on availability.
- Less than 72 hours before the event: No refund will be issued.
We encourage customers to reschedule whenever possible instead of canceling.
4. Weather Cancellations
Because our equipment is used outdoors, weather conditions are an important factor.
- In case of heavy rain, strong winds, or unsafe conditions, we may cancel or postpone your rental for safety reasons.
- If we cancel due to weather, you may receive a full credit or reschedule your booking.
- Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
5. Cancellations by Kiddie Kingdom Party Rentals
In rare cases where we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (equipment failure, scheduling conflicts, etc.):
- You will receive a full refund or rescheduling option
- We will notify you as early as possible
6. No-Show Policy
If the customer is not present at the scheduled delivery location or fails to provide access for setup:
- The booking may be considered a no-show
- No refund will be issued
7. Equipment Issues
If there is a problem with the rental equipment:
- Please contact us immediately during setup or use
- We will attempt to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
- If the issue cannot be resolved, partial refunds or credits may be considered
8. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
9. Rescheduling Policy
We understand plans can change. You may request to reschedule your booking based on availability.
- Rescheduling is free if requested within acceptable timeframes
- Last-minute changes may incur additional fees
10. Safety and Responsibility
All rentals from Kiddie Kingdom Party Rentals are provided in safe, clean, and fully inspected condition.
Customers are responsible for:
- Proper supervision of children
- Ensuring safe usage of equipment
- Following provided safety instructions
